A deflating loss today, going into half time 0-0 and coming out strong in the second half. A soft penalty awarded to Rossington Revs made them pip the lead, and we just couldn’t pull it back despite an overall good team performance. ⭐️ PoM went to winger Alice Norman (sponsored in memory of Sandra Norman). What a performance the girls put in at the weekend! Penistone came into the game in a run of in different form and had a long period off from Christmas due to a very wet January/February. The girls started the game well and stuck to their gameplan with Layla stepping in between the sticks.
