Welcome to the crazy showbiz world of Neil Diamondo.

 

The local international phenomenon, has been traversing the UK for over 25 years on a mission to make the average person laugh, cry and cringe via the gifts of song and comedy.

Neil Diamondo is the brain child of Dave Drumgoon, a long time comedian and Neil Diamond fan. As a child, Dave used to pinch his sisters hair brush and sing Neil Diamond songs to his own reflection, sometimes up to 18 hours a day, or at least until somebody needed to use the bathroom. In 1992 Dave did his first Neil Diamond karoke song, which went down a storm and caused a mini riot which spilled onto the streets of Mapplewell in Barnsley. It was from then on that the word spread about this local phenomenon. Dave appeared in various pubs and bars, and started to add a dash of comedy to his routines. The audiences loved him. It was then he bought and held aloft a wig and never looked back.
