The FA have today released the confirmation for the Macron Northern Counties East Football League Premier Division allocations … We welcome the new additions of Retford United FC, Retford FC, Dearne and District FC & Worsbrough Common Athletic FC . Albion Sports Football Club get a reprieve having been relegated to NCEL Div One, Sheffield Football Club move laterally into the the UCL and of course Liversedge FC and Beverley Town Football Club move up to the NPL. Marathon Man - Leon Hurles-Brook
It’s massive congratulations to Leon Hurles Brook, not only the craft and guile in the PCFC midfield/attack, but also a marathon man, after completing the Manchester Marathon last weekend. An amazing effort and Leon completed the challenging course in an amazing 3hours and 34 minutes. Well done Leon from all of your friends here at PCFC.

13/04/2026 - Penistone Church FC Appoint Jordan Rhodes as Club Ambassador Penistone Church FC are delighted to announce that former Huddersfield Town A.F.C., Blackburn Rovers F.C. and Sheffield Wednesday F.C. striker Jordan Rhodes has agreed to join the club as its new Ambassador. Jordan, who lives locally and already has connections with the club after training with Penistone Church last year, is looking forward to getting involved and supporting the club’s continued develop

Church 1-0 Sheffield FC
The last match of the 25/26 campaign saw us with a home fixture v the oldest club in the world Sheffield FC. A record crowd of 1007 gathered to make a great atmosphere at the Parker Roofing Memorial Ground. A fairly even game but with relatively few chances, as the wind played its part making it fairly difficult conditions for both sides. It was a 34th minute penalty taken by skipper for the day James Young on his 348th and final appearance for Church, that ultimately proved


WE DID IT - 1007 RECORD ATTENDANCE - WHAT A DAY
THANK YOU! April 4th 2026. We only went and did it..... On our last home game of the NCEL Premier Division 2025/26 season we achieved a record attendance of 1007 at the Parker Roofing Memorial Ground. The fixture played versus local rivals and the oldest football club in the world Sheffield FC. What a day, the ground was bursting at the seams, the stands were full, the club house was packed to the rafters from 1pm to 11pm, the VIP suite was sold out as fans of both clubs g


Thankyou JONNO - Again!!
As we head into the final game of the season, at home v Sheffield Club, we take a moment to say thankyou to Jonno before he finally gets to retire. We have to give a massive final thankyou to Jonno for stepping back in over the last few months and helping the first team turn a corner since making his comeback on 20th December v Horbury Town.
