Albion Sports Football Club get a reprieve having been relegated to NCEL Div One, Sheffield Football Club move laterally into the the UCL and of course Liversedge FC and Beverley Town Football Club move up to the NPL. Eccleshill FC have also changed their name to Keighley Town FC
