Worsbrough 0-5 PCFC - Reaction
A fantastic 5-0 away win at Worsborough in the Sheffield & Hallam Senior Cup, saw a much depleted Church team beat a much changed Worsborough team, with a great attacking performance on the night and goals from Will Heath, Jordan Coduri, Kieran Ryan, Reece High and with his 1st goal for the 1st team a Luke Fretwell penalty that he won and then converted.
The night also saw a return to the side for retired centre half Ryan Johnson, such is the extent of the injury problems for Church in the back line at the moment.
There was also a brilliant debut and cleansheet for Church u21 goalkeeper George Jones who made a very assured all round performance.
Church proceed to the next round of the tournament.
A very happy Brett Lovell discusses the game with Dave Hampshire -
